Michael is an experienced professional with more than 15 years of expertise in investment banking, M&A advisory, and debt and equity capital markets across Southeast Asia. Currently, he holds the position of Executive Director at Fortman Cline Capital Markets. His extensive knowledge spans across various sectors, including consumer retail, finance, real estate, logistics, agro-industrial, food and beverage, and renewable energy.
Throughout his career, Michael has provided valuable advice to numerous companies, serving as either a buy-side or sell-side advisor. He also plays a crucial role in managing the firm’s key client relationships and serves as the primary point of contact for investors and private equity firms.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce with a major in Management of Financial Institutions from De La Salle University – Manila and pursued his MBA at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business.
